Does my itinerary work?

Me and DH traveling to WDW and Universal for our 15th anniversary, using Easy WDW for crowd info:

10/13 - Arrive at MCO 12:05, Check in at CSR or BC (can't decide), Freshen up and head to MK, try to score BoG QS before MNSSHP When does lunch end?

10/14 -Sleep in, FP+ for favorites at HS, then off to EPCOT for F&W Do we need or want an ADR in here? If so, where?

10/15 - AK, HS, MK - all Green Leave this day up in the air for whatever we want to do?

10/16-10/19 move over to Universal/IoA for HP and HHN How should we transfer between WDW and Uni?

I can only answer a couple things, but also have a question for you. Are you using your party ticket for your first day at MK or combination of party and regular ticket? If only party ticket, you can't get in until 4:00 and I'm pretty sure lunch is over at BoG by then.

If you're planning on snacking around F&W, then you don't need an ADR. You will have lots to choose from and to fill you up.

Except for not being able to plan FP+, I'd say leaving that last day up in the air is a great idea.

All I could find was that dinner starts at 4:00, so I would suspect that lunch ends no later than 3:30 and probably 3:00 since they have to set up for the TS.

Okay, I was searching for something else related to BoG lunch FP and found a post that said lunch is until 2:30. I believe that means you have to be in the line by 2:30, not actually IN the castle.
