or is 7PM when they start admit ticket holders, give out candy, have the characters out, etc.? Just wondering if we should get there before, after or right at 7PM. Is it packed right at 7PM? Any and all help for a MNSSHP newbie is GREATLY appreciated!

You can actually enter the park anytime after 4:00. However, the actual party does not start until 7:00. From 4:00 - 6:00 you can enjoy the park and at 6:00 anyone without a wristband for the party will be asked to leave. Anyone with a wristband will be moved into one of the lands. I heard this year it is Adventureland. From 6:00 - 7:00 they set up the park for the party while everyone is in Adventureland.

If you come between 6:00 & 7:00 though, I don't know if they make you wait outside of the park until 7:00. Maybe someone else can advise on that.

Yes, it is always busier at the beginning of the party. It thins out as little ones start dropping off.

Have Fun!! :jumping1:

I thought I had read on here before that if you don't get in by 6:00 then you have to wait til 7:00.....anybody know if this is true.....or did I just dream that?

Hey MinnieLuvzMickey,

Seeing your name reminds me of our too short DCL cruise ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO! Time flies!

I'm not sure about you're specific question regarding whether you can get into the park between 6:00 and 7:00, but I would highly recommend getting into MK between 4:00 and 4:30. We've been to MNSSHP twice on Halloween (2000 & 2003), sold out parties. Both years, we found people pouring out of the park when we got there. Our kids were younger and we went straight to Fantasyland. We were able to do almost everything in Fantasyland in about 90 minutes before we were herded into Tomorrowland at 6pm. Tomorrowland was pretty crowded and we only got on a couple rides between 6:00 and 7:00.

Hope all is well with you and your family!

Yes, you can get in to the park between 6:00p and 7:00p. They do not close the gates to party goers.

FYI...They used to actually close the whole park for 2 hours and if you weren't eating in a restaurant then you did have to wait till 8:00p (which is when it used to start) to enter the park for the party. Things have since changed though about 5 years ago.

We went Sept 30th. Got herded to Adventureland at 6, then at about 6:45 we walked to Toontown and waited for them to open. We walked onto BTMR and Sp;ash Mountain, not very busy at all.
We had a great time, DD5 thought it was great to trick or treat at Disney and DS 6 months got a ton of attention from all of the characters.

We made the mistake of not eating and got stuck in Adventureland from 6 - 7 with no food. Make sure you eat something or eat at LTT that night. We got there at about 5:30 pm

Nank, I had read in some other posts that Peco's Bills was open.. Was it just too crowded to get in, or did ya miss it? My husband is DYING to eat at Peco's Bills on our party night....

hi
i suppose this sounds cheap but if you have an annual pass make sure you get to the parking lot before 6pm as everyone has to pay after this as we found out!!
