Does Mission: Space orange make you ill?

I have heard a lot about people getting ill on this ride. Do you?

Never I did feel a chest pressure, that can be uncomfortable to some people. They advise you not to move your head, just look straight ahead to the screen. Most people are fine just by doing that. If you have motion sickness, this is not the best ride for you, but if you don't, it's fun!

I have friends that felt a little sick not during the ride, but after it! But no throwing up!

Yes. I feel a little disoriented and nauseaus (sp?) when I get off of it. I do the less turbulent side now.

No. For me, I think it's because you can't "see" that you're spinning. I can only ride the tea cups if I focus on something that's in the tea cup with me!

I was a little nervous about taking DD5 on this ride, but she was fine too.

I have done the orange side 3 times. The 1st time I rode it I got off felling a little sick. It took my half a day to get my feet back under me. The 2nd time I rode it I had no sickness at all. The the 3rd time I rode it I was the same as the 1st time. It took half a day to get back to my feet. I did every thing they said to do look ahead, don`t move your head side to side. Dw rode it once and will not do it again,not even the green side. I will try the green side no more orange side for me.

I loved it, and it didn't make me feel ill. However, my partner was left feeling very unwell after it - so we didn't go back on.

I wouldn't say it made me sick, but I didn't feel real great for a couple of hours after the ride. I tried the ride several times over the years but I don't do the ride at all any more.

I don't, but DH doesn't like it at all...he seems to have issues with motion sickness. The virtual reality Jungle Cruise at DQ really did him in. He ended up lying down nearby and there were other tourists taking pictures of him!

I almost never get sick... anywhere but honestly this one ruined my day. We of course, went on it while we were waiting for out Test Track FP time to arrive very early in the morning and my entire day... I was DONE. I had to sit down somewhere after the ride and I saw some lady after me vomit all over the place.

This was before there were 2 versions of the ride though.

And, they tell you NOT to look anywhere but the screen and of course I did. Maybe I should have listened.

DW and I did the spinning version once and we will never do it again. It messed DW up for hours afterwards and I was out of commission for about an hour.

Me never but hubby yes...He can ride it once but he can't do it twice in the same day.

I feel ill for about an hour after I ride it. Once was enough for me!

Nope, but teacups will make me positively green.

There should be an option for "After riding the green version, I was too scared to try this one!" .
