Does magical express appear on MDE?

I'm trying to figure out how to enter my flight details. I thought it used to be on MDE, but now it's not. Did it disappear or was I mistaken?

As I recall, when I did an advance check-in to the hotel (we won't be there until 5/25), there was an option/prompt to schedule the "Magical Express" MCO --> WDW transportation. When in doubt, call Disney Travel! They are always pleasant, helpful, and professional.
 
Yes, it does show up on MDE, however, it didn't show up on mine until after I called ME to confirm and set it up. I normally wouldn't have felt the need to call ME but part of my reservation was done through DCL and they were not up to snuff on land related portion of reservations at all. (Long story.) So I called Disney Travel who transferred me to ME and they arranged it all for me after I provided my reservation info. A few days afterward I noticed it on my MDE.
 
It does? Where does it show? I gave all my flight info to the folks on the phone when I booked my Resort reservation, directly with Disney. If I can't see it on MDE does that mean the person on the phone didn't take it down properly? Or is it in a not obvious spot?

This is my situation too. I gave our flight information to the people over the phone. I mean I have my packet with the luggage tags and ME vouchers already; so, I’m not worried about being able to take DME. I am curious to know though if I was supposed to do something to make it show up on MDE.
 
I've been reading all over the site and it says

If you did not select Disney's Magical Express transportation and include your flight information when you made your reservation, please add Disney’s Magical Express to your reservation on the My Reservations page in My Disney Experience. Look for the “Airport Transportation” label under your reservation and select the “Add Flight Information for Disney’s Magical Express Transportation” link.

I have looked and looked and looked and no where on MDE can I find anything that says Airport Transportation. So either something is wrong with my MDE or the website has an error, again.

It's a bit too soon for me to have my luggage tags but I sure need to find out before the time comes I should have them if they have my info. Guess I have to get on the phone again.

I know I had a link to enter your info in to the ME site but for the life of me I can't find the link now and Google is turning up nothing. Maybe I dreamed that link
 
If you go to the Reservations category it should show your hotel reservations. Underneath you can click to view details. That's where DME shows up for us.

No looking good for them having mine entered then. I click that it and shows nothing more than our Resort info. We booked Room Only. Does that make any difference in what is available to view in MDE?
 
I had the same issue. When I booked the package, I selected DME, but didn't input flight info since I didn't have it yet. When I checked in online, I couldn't find anywhere to input flight info and practically drove myself crazy trying to find it, since the help page says it's there. I eventually just called and added it to my reservation and like a PP said, they were very nice and helpful, and actually with all of the website glitches it made me feel a little better to give my info to an actual human being.

When I go to My Reservations now, it still just says Disney's Magical Express Service, but no flight info. I suppose if I don't get the luggage tags by two weeks out, I'll call and check to make sure. :confused3
 
I also gave my flight info over the phone and didn't see it in MDE, I followed this link https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/airport-transportation-reservation/ and after I enters the info I got two emails to confirm and my yellow tags a week later.

That is the link I was trying to find! Thank you. I tried to enter my info in that before I called and gave it to the person on the phone and could not get it to work at that time.

ETA - I still can't get it to take my info. I get it all entered and when I get the flight info entered and click Continue it pops back to the date box and drops the calendar down again. Nothing I can do to enter the date will work. It won't take it. That's using every web browser out there, IE to Firefox to Chrome. It refuses to accept my date of 7/29/14. Too strange

I don't know if it not showing up in MDE relates to ME not having it in their system. As I said, I wouldn't have even called them to confirm if DCL hadn't been so inconsistent and unknowledgeable about resort options. I don't think it hurts to give them a call.
 
I gave up and called this number (866) 599-0951. Since I gave the info before when I booked our Resort it is a different number. The person I talked to this time didn't appear to see our info in there so I can only assume it wasn't entered correctly after all. At any rate, I gave it to them again. I'll see if it shows up in MDE now. If not, I'll call back again a few weeks before out flight (7/29)

ETA - It must not have been recorded the first time I gave the info. It now shows "Airport Transportation: Disney's Magical Express Service" on my MDE Reservation where it did not before this last phone call.

Glad this topic came up today or I'd have been waiting for tags that never came.
 
I'm pretty sure it was there a few days ago but it disappeared after I called for free dining
