Does LeCellier not have the Chocolate Moose for dessert?

Does anyone know if LeCellier still has the Chocolate Moose for dessert?? I was really looking forward to that for my trip next week, but a while back someone posted pictures of the new menu, and I didn't see it on there? I was just curious: I still plan to eat there after I finally got a ressie! I was just curious!!

It's most likely on the children's menu - its never been on the adult menu.

Anyone can order it though.

As of this past March, yes, cause we ordered it and yes I took a picture of it. quite good too.

I'm pretty sure it has always been on the children's menu, not the regular adult menu.

I am pretty sure it's NOT on the kids menu but was on the adult menu for quite a while.

DS had a choice of Ice Cream or some other little thing when we were there. No Moose for him.

I remember a big deal summer 2007 (ish) when they took the moose off of the kids menus. Parents were complaining that they'd have to order it for themselves and give it to their child - or pay OOP for an adult dessert for them.

I did notice on the latest menu that there was no chocolate moose on the adult menu anymore.


(Just double checked the kids menus and it's fruit cup or ice cream for them)

Oh I forgot how they messed with the kids menus making them all "healthy" and "the same" basically!

It was on the adult menu in October. Its far less cute than it was two years ago, and that one was far less cute than the one two years before that. It finally got uncute enough that my kids aren't going back for it. Its always been a highlight of their trip.

It's still listed on the menu dated Sept 08 at allears.net/menu/menu_lcd.htm

It is not officially on the menu...but they do have it i had it on Sept 22nd when I was there, and it was not on any of the menus but it was offered.

I ordered the moose off the adult menu in September '08 and February '08. The kids had ice cream both times. The kids were also able to have a milkshake as their beverage. Yummy!

ETA after re-reading RMulieri's post, in September, I remember our server offering it as an option but can't specifically remember seeing deserts on the menu. It turns out we were at LeCellier the same day as RMulieri...we had the first lunch ressie at 11:30.

Thanks a million! I appreciate they very recent report. We leave on Tuesday, and we will eat at LeCellier (for lunch- it was all I could get!) on Saturday!!!!

Small world we ate there at 405pm...loved the Chocolate Moose!
