Does FP+ Reservations Open at Midnight?

My FP+ window opens on Sunday. If I stay up until Midnight on Saturday will I be able to book everything? Is there even a reason to do that? IE- do the popular attractions book up?

Yes, I did this... they open at midnight Eastern time... I was able to book at 11PM in my time zone.
