... cold milk (quarts or half-gallons)? We were going to place a Garden Grocer order, but since I don't know exactly what time I'll be getting a fridge vs. when the groceries arrive, I thought it would be wise to just not order anything that needs immediate refrigeration.

Yes you can get quarts or half-gallons in the gift shop cooler. You can buy pints in the food court. Prices in the gift shop are a little cheaper.
