Does Epcot ever close on New Year's Eve?

I've been worrying a lot about this, i am getting married in the morning at Disney and then decided to skip eating brunch at 1900 Park Fare with my guests so that we can get changed and over to Epcot asap since it is New Year's Eve. We decided to have our mini reception (actually just eating together) at an Epcot restaurant. We would get there by noon but i am worried that it may close. We are staying on property but Disney said that it only gaurantees you access to one park and it's not of your choice. Is noon too late? What has happened in the past years?

**I am new at this site, could you please tell me how i can see if someone posted a reply to my thread?

Thanks!:santa:

Can't guarantee anything of course, but MK is usually the first to be at capacity and that CAN happen before noon. But overall I think EPCOT is still a safe bet at noon.
