Does El Pirata Y El Perico still exist, or is it seasonal?

It used to be seasonal...I'm not positive it's still there because we don't ever eat there. But I know that it was seasonal and counter service, so if it's there, I would guess it's still that way.

It appears to be seasonal. It was open over spring break, and it's always been open during our summer visits. It's a counter service restaurant. They tried a test dinner buffet, but that's over with.

Is this a good place? For as many times as we've been to WDW, we've never stopped there. What is the best item on the menu?
