I was just curious if Disney compensates when people are on a ride and it breaks down. I would think NO since they have so many parks and therefore so many chances of this happening that they just couldn't. OR do they compensate if you've been inconvenienced for a certain period of time--like an hour +?
I know somebody knows the 411 on this--Robo?
We were in the parks in Dec '06 and never once encountered a ride that was malfunctioning but when we were there last wk for 3 days we encountered MANY shutdowns and malfunctions. In the MK alone, 7 different rides stopped (SplahM 2 hrs, most just 15 min) We thought it was interesting and that sparked a discussion. My hubby says that Dis is so great they they compensate for malfunctions. (if your stuck ON the ride) I say no way, not for the minor ones anyway.
