Does Check-In Date Still Determine Your Room Discount?

Does it still work this way? Thanks!
In the past, if the check-in date was within the special offer dates, the discount was good for the whole stay. Example: Check-in April 12 and stay 8 days. Is the 30% discount good for all of those days? Or just April 12?

No not on room discounts. It does for free dining and some other promotions.

RO discounts are date specific, so if you check in on April 12th, the discount would only apply to that night, with the rest being rack rate. Free dining is the only discount (that I know of) that carries through the entire stay if you check in on the last day.
