Does BWV have Reg or HE Washers?

QQ....does BWV have regular or HE washers? We'll be staying in a standard view unit (in case rehab status impacts the answer.)

Regular, and the washer and dryer are stacked, dryer above the washer.

I just stayed in a studio last week and used the public area dryers (we got a bit soaked due to all the rain). The washers in the lanudry room we HE.
