Does AP stand for annual pass, and if it does are there special rates for those who hold an annual pass? Was just wondering and thank you ahead of time for your help

Yes it does. AP means Annual Pass

Lots of us have been not so patiently waiting for discounted rates at Disney resorts, and today rates from 1/1/04 to 2/11/04 became available. After 9/11 rates were posted (or at least it seemed rates were posted) earlier and AP holders could book discounted rooms with more leisure. It feels last minute to many of us and so people have been eagle-eyed watching the boards, and calling Reservations until the codes were released for everyone this am.

I am very glad that I was able to secure discounted rates for POR for my birthday splurge.
