Oh my gosh! I'm addicted!
I've lost 30 pounds since September and gone from a tight size 10 to a loose 4, sometimes 2!:Pinkbounc
I eat protein, crunchy vegetables, low carbs and Jazzercise at least 3 times a week!
Just wondered if anyone else out there has 'discovered' this great exercise class??? If not, check it out at:

I'm sure there's a class near you.....

Keep up the great work, everyone! You all inspire me!

Hi DISchick. I haven't experienced a jazzercise class because I have old knees. Sad but true. I can't take the stress on my knees so I use an elliptical trainer instead.

Sounds like it has been a wonderful experience for you, though. You are doing very well.

Will you be joining us here on WISH, I could sure use your energetic personality in my support group :)

Hello from another Jill. I am a former Jazzerciser. I loved it until it started to bother my knees too much. And after I had my second child it got harder to get to class.

I switched over to curves because it's much easier on my body and it's open longer. Jazzercise only has a couple of classes a day - if you can't get there at that time then you miss out.

Glad to hear that you enjoy it. A friend of mine still goes and she is also addicted.

Jill, where do you Jazzercise? :)

I have done Jazzercise a few times in the past... just finished a 3 month stint. I've always enjoyed it, but it no longer fits into my life style.

The first time I did it, I'd go on my way home from work, DH would fix supper while I was there and life was non-hectic. The second time I joined (this January) I'd rush home from working, having since moved from last time, scarf down something, anything (granola bar or whatever) because I was starved and rush out the door. Then, I'd come home and have to fix supper since DH was busy with BABY... that makes a difference... then clean up, take over with BABY until bed time and collapse into bed. Too rushed and hectic for me.

I loved it but it's just not the right time for me now. I'm doing Walk Away the Pounds in my living room at 5am and that seems to work best for me.

Maybe I'll be able to join again some day since I really did enjoy it.
