Does anyone live in Seminole County, Florida? I need help Please

I have lost my copy of my birth certificate and need a new one.
I did a search and found a web site for the Seminole County Health Department, but my email was sent back and the number they give to call for the certificate is no longer in service.

Help who do I contact?
