Does anyone know why my mouse keeps getting stuck?

I'm thinking it's not good because whenever I restart my computer it's fine again for a while.

I've been trying to print out my credit reports and it's taking a while because I have to restart and find where I was at. This is no fun. wah

Nah, it's not a rollerball one. It's a laser light one. I just know it's not getting tired.

I scanned for viruses yesterday and got rid of a bunch of junk. I wonder if there is something I'm missing.
