Does anyone know why can't book fantasmic on-line anymore?

Does anyone know why we're currently (& for past week or more) unable to book fantasmic on-line? It just comes up with a message in red saying that they are temporarily unable to book fantasmic packages online. Our trip is in June, does it have anything to do with being too close to our travel dates or something? I called and asked, but the CM acted like nobody has ever been able to book these on-line. Weird because I know I booked mine on-line! :)
 
Many F! Pk are solid booked 180+10 and usually it's hard to find cancellations. You have to be consistently checking.... For June, I'm pretty sure most are booked and people are holding onto those.
 
I checked yesterday for Sept and they don't even have the dates on the calendar. I tried to book for late Aug, and I got the same msg in red. It's definitely offline for some reason.
 
Yes, very strange. I keep checking for a better time, and it's frustrating to have to call instead of just hop on the computer real quick! :)

I booked mine online for September back in February on my 180+10 day. Had to type the date in manually. I did get a confirmation. Very strange that these now cannot be booked online.
 
I booked my mid-late August FDP online a couple months ago but I've been checking online daily for a slightly better time. I didn't have to type the dates; I was able to just click the date on the pop up calendar. I've also been seeing the red message for the past week or so when looking. It's not the dates and it's definitely something new.

same with me. I was hoping to get Brown Derby instead of Mama for the end of august as we decided on deluxe again but have been getting the message for the past 2 weeks.
 
I did mine at the 180+10 mark (for July 4) and I had to call because the dates for Fantasmic were not in the online system at the time. The CM said they should have been so maybe they've had issue with it.
 
yea i am 180+10 now as well but there are no dates even highlighted for December. Wonder if it is now 90 days I am gonna have to call
 
I spoke to a CM today and she said she doesn't know why it isn't working. If they don't know I don't know who will know.
 
I was unable to book online this morning for December 11th. I was able to get an ADR when I called. Online reservations were a huge pain this morning. The computer system kept giving me system errors or make me log in again. I think I logged on about 15 times.
 
The CM today said she wasn't aware the online system wasn't working for Fantasmic reservations. She said they could be doing an upgrade on the way package dining reservation are done. Hopefully it starts working again soon. I hate calling.
