Does anyone know where I can buy Heelys in Orlando

I am new to this board, and excuse me if I am posting this in the wrong place, but I am coming to Orlando next week and am just wondering where is the cheapest place to buy Heelys, and how much are they.

I'm not sure but they're GREAT when you're at WDW! You can zip in and out!!! They are "against the rules" but it's just another rule that WDW doesn't enfore.

Why do you need to buy them in Orlando? You can buy them anyplace.

I don't actually 'need' to buy them in Orlando, but am coming to Orlando next week from the UK. They are about £60 ($120) in the UK, and I thought it would be cheaper to get a pair in Orlando.

I don't know if this helps (I'm not in Florida) but here are a few sporting goods that carry them. The price is usually around $49-59 a pair.

The stores that have them are:

Dick's Sporting Goods
The Sports Authority
Modell's Sporting Goods -- this is also called Mo's

I guess you can google these stores to see if they have a store in Orlando.

My kids also point and say "these are the shoes you don't like" as well

We bought them in a sport store at the Mall at Millenia. They were $60. A kiosk outside the store had a "no name" brand for $40. Bought them for my younger DD since Heeley´s don´t come in her small size, but they don´t seem as good as the real Heelys.

Ain't that the truth. I was at MK about two weeks ago and I saw two security guards talking to each other near the entrance BTMR and a kid went whizzing by in those things. I saw the one security guard do a quick glance toward the kid and resume his conversation with the other guard. So I don't think it's that big of a priority to WDW, until the first big lawsuit happens.....

BTW, it's coming, trust me. I saw many close calls on my 7 days touring the parks and I would laugh to myself at what these boards would say about it. I don't like those things or condone the use of them, but laugh at it because of all the debates we have had on them.
