The CM Discount right now is 15%, My son also works at WDW and we are keeping an eye on it, we bought points about 15 months and the Discount was 20% then.

You should not discuss cast discounts on these boards. There is a cast member area you can join if you work for Disney. I'd hate to see any cast member get in trouble for discussing their discounts.
