Does Anyone Know if the Atrium Club has reopened?

I talked to the IPO for the Contemporary a few weeks go, and he believed it would reopen today. Has anyone heard anything more? We are going in 3 weeks for my husband's birthday, and booked CL especially for the fireworks view from the Lounge.
