Does anyone know how long it takes to get a response about shore excursions?

I sent an e-mail to the address on the website and haven't heard back. Does it usually take awhile to get a confirmation back from DCL? We are on one of the West coast cruises. (We have also paid in full) Thanks, Amy

Just call them. It's done in a snap! Then I got the confirmation in the mail a few days after.

I emailed them last week with a question about shore excursions (if lunch was included in one of them) and heard back about 24 hours later...hope that helps!
