Does anyone have photoshop?

I'm trying to find out if there is a way to switch a Mickey Mouse profile stencil picture I have (hard to explain). Right now it's a black background and the profile is white. I want to change it so the profile is black and the background is white. Is this something photoshop can do?
If someone can (and will) help me, please PM me and I can send you the picture. It would be so greatly appreciated!!!
