Does anyone have a real estae agent in Florida?

That has helped them find a moderately priced home in Florida? I've been looking online but it's really overwhelming. If someone has a person that they've used and were happy with and could trust because of the distance issue, I'd really appreciate it!!

I can't help you with your original question, but Florida is the one of the WORST states to be a non-resident property owner. They have a multi-tiered property tax setup that means that non-resident foreign nationals can end up paying 10x what a Florida resident would pay for annual property taxes.

Is this something new? We owned for many years there and paid the same as those that owned in the buidling that were U.S residents?
