Does anyone ever get a response-

Hi,
Does anyone ever get a response from searachcactus.com when they contact them. I have written several emails and have NEVER gotten a reply. Most recently the problem is that even though it states I am receiving $x.xx amount for my referrals, and below tmy total balance it notes that referrals and quickcash is included in that amount- it is not! I noted the total of my account today after I completed my searches. My son (my referral) did his searches and then I went and checked my total amount again. The referral amount had increased but the total amount remained the same. Has anyoone had prolems with searchcactus.com crediting their accounts properly for referrals and quickcash?

I've never had a problem with my referal's crediting. But, I have had to write them before and they never wrote me back. I have read where they do get back in contact with people, but that has not been my experience.

After exploring the site a little closer, Inoticed they provide two different addresses to contact them. One was the address I have been writing to: members @searchcactus.com and was found on the FAQ page. I found another: support@searchcactus.com under the Help and wrote to this address. Let's hope I get a reply.
