Does anyone bring a bath mat for the tub?

Does anyone know of a travel bath mat or disposable mat, or some other variation, for giving babies a bath in the resorts? Our twins will be 19 months old when we go, and we like to put them in the tub at the same time. So those little baby tubs are not an option. We need an actual mat to cover the inside of the tub.

Does anyone know of a product? Thanks!

Never brought a bath mat, but when my kids were little I just spread one of the towels on the bottom of the tub to prevent slipping.

A bathmat is a great idea, especially with twin toddlers. I think you could probably buy an inexpensive one for under$5. Bring it with you and then just leave it, if you don't want to bring it home.

I got one at Walmart in the bath section, I think it was about $7. I took it a few times with us and it worked out great. Now that ds is older, I use a towel like another poster mentioned, it works fine.

Have a great trip and happy planning!

That's a great idea! One that I will definitely try to remember. I'm the one in the family who needs it. I have fallen twice in hotel bath tubs, and with my health condition, that could have been disastrous. Why didn't I think of that?

If you're looking for something to cover the entire tub, I've never seen anything like that. Good luck finding what you want. :)

In some states, the law requires the provision of non=slip surfaces, either by mat or by strips.etc. permanently applied to the base of the tub. Too bad it's not the law in Fla.

Thanks for the ideas. We did spread out a bath towel last year in the tub and it worked out okay. That one at Bed, Bath & Beyond looks nice -- we leave in a few days though, so if I get that one it will have to be for next trip. I will check the dollar store too.
Thanks :D

I forgot to mention above, I actually buy mine at Target, but couldn't find them on their site. So, you might want to check Target before you go. Wal-mart might have them, too

our bath at POFQ had some non slip strips on it, but it still seemed very slippy and my 1 year old fell a couple of times, fortunatly non serious, but a bath mat would have been a good idea

has them for how much?????????? a dollar!!! Yep, planning on taking one and leaving it there ;)

We have simply called Mousekeeping, and they have provided them at the moderate resorts.
