does anybody know who's DISign this is?! help!!

i'm looking for a DISign that i saw a while back. it's the fab 5 in a square with a blue box surrounding it. mickey is in the front with arms outstretched and there's confetti falling in the background. does anyone know whose it is or would anyone like to personalize it for me? i would like it to say "Where dreams really do come true" and "Walt Disney World 2012". thanks to anyone who can help!
