JList is the only place I've seen one. I don't have it so I can't tell you about it. JList is a pretty good company, though. I've never had nor heard of a complaint about them.

Many DVD players can be made region free using a hack inputted via the remote control.
If you search dvd player and remote hack in any search engine it should bring up a list of sites with the requisite codes.
If a DVD is hacked this way the warranties are not affected.
