Does a placeholder fall under the 30 day transfer rule?

My MIL is ready to book a cruise. She paid for a placeholder several months back. Would she be able to now move the placeholder to a TA? If not can she book hen move the reservation to a TA?

Yes. If it's past 30 days, it can't be moved

No, sorry. She cannot transfer the placeholder or the cruise booked using the placeholder. That needed to be done within 30 days of when she purchased that placeholder onboard.
