Does a place called Scoops exist at WDW?

A relative who has been to WDW has been raving about an ice cream shop called Scoops that served an item called the kitchen sink. I have the recent books and haven't found this place anywhere. My relative hasn't been back in quite a few years so I'm wondering if this place is even still around. Newbie myself going with my family 7/18-7/25. Was wondering if anyone out there can solve my mystery.

Hello fellow ice cream lover.

I think Beaches & Cream at the Beach Club used to have a different name, but I am not certain.

Beaches & Cream does serve the Kitchen Sink.


Kitchen Sink - Eight Scoops of Ice Cream served with all the Toppings in the house and a whole can of Whipped Cream $21.99

Personally I think it could use a mickey ice cream bar stuck right in the middle, but I will mouse-ify anything if allowed.
