Does $8 off incentive end June 4?

We're mulling over purchasing another AKV contract and it doesn't seem to indicate that the $8 off ends when the prices go up. We'd be selling a contract to purchase it, but the price difference isn't enough for us to rush unless the $8 off is going away.

Anybody know?

As I understand it, yes the $8 off per point is going away on June 4th as well as an increase to $104.00 per point.


Check with your guide to be 100%. If so, it maybe worth purchaing now.

Let me check to see if I have anything... I thought I recalled my guide mentioning this the other day. I plan to add on tomorrow. Again, I could be wrong, so please ask; i'd hate to be the one with bad information.

Thanks for the info. I received my latest DVC AKV propaganda yesterday. I was at SSR for the past week, so it has been at the post office for at most a week. I could not imagine DVC offering a new incentive only to swipe it away a week and a half later. However, it is good that you called to confirm my thoughts.

As soon as I find out if I have been hired at a new job, I am most likely going to add on AKV. I will not find out until after June 4, so this $8 incentive is a big plus.

Yes...but $8 off the old price, or the new price? If it's the new price then it might still be beneficial to make the purchase now as you would still be saving more money.

It's off the new price, but for the number of points we'll be purchasing it's only a couple hundred dollars difference - well worth it to us not to try and float it. Plus, we found out that we can make our $500 deposit and lock in the price for 60 days, then if we change our mind we just get our deposit back.

Thanks, I have been thinking about adding more points (I just bought in May ) adn I wanted to wait until I have paid off my original purchase. If they are keeping the discount even if the base price goes up, I will wait a few months.
