Does $50 credit show in docs?

My TA quit about 2 months ago then the agency went out of business. They supposedly setup the $50 cruise credit but I don't see anywhere in my cruise docs where it shows up. If it should be there and isn't whom do I call?

No, none of the onboard credits show up in your documents. There should be a slip in your stateroom that tells the amount of your credit.

If you hold the reservation now that your TA is gone just call DCL and check to be sure the credit is noted in your reservation.
