Does 1900 PF always have Alice at BF?

DD REALLY wants to meet Alice, and we already have CP booked for winnie the pooh and friends- is Alice always at 1900 PF at breakfast? if not I may book the Wonderland tea party instead.

She is featured, and is generally there, however ne aware that no character is ever promised. I woud safely assume your DD will meet her if you booked. I want to add that a few years ago Itook two little girls there for breakfast. We had already been to a lot of character meals, and I honestly did nto think they would be overly impressed with this oen. Oh my goodness! Alice taught my Nola how to curtsy, and she spent the rest of the trip showing off her Alice Curtsy to anyone who would be her audience. Sh eloved hem all, but th ecost was worth it all just for that interaction.
