Docking station?

DD wants an Ipod docking station with speakers. Any recommendations? I'm clueless. LOL

My BIL gave my mom an ONN brand one a few years ago. I went out and bought the same one at Wal-mart a couple of years ago and it's great. I have it in my main daycare room and the sound is really good for it's size and I can hear it across the room without having the volume on high.

I'm sure it wasn't more than $30 at the time I purchased it.

DH has an older docking station that's rusting, so for Christmas I bought him one of these. It takes up less space than a docking station and is portable so he can easily move it around the house (and we can take it to the beach!), and the sound quality is great.

I used the Bose one at a very nice hotel once. It was terrific, but the cost is about 225.

We were looking to get DD a docking station. Went to Fred Meyer to check out what they had and get some ideas and came across the Jamz speaker. It sounded really good in the store, which we were surprised by due to its size (sounded better than some of the bigger more expensive docking stations). It is also bluetooth capable, so she can take the speaker with her, but not her iphone. Came home and checked it out on Amazon. Turns out is was way cheaper and it qualified for free super saver shipping. Had good reviews too.

I just bought a Sony with clock radio for my DD. It got numerous great reviews(not a single bad one) on a couple of different sites including Amazon.
