Doc Mcstuffins and Sofia meet and greet

Does anyone have any newer news on any meet and greets thought to come about for Doc or Sofia?

I know they both were added to Disney Junior Live, which actually is any day now! But thats not meet and greets.

I read somewhere on here months ago that someone had ate at Hollywood vine and their waitress mentioned their was going to be a change in their character line up for the breakfast and lunch. Has anyone else heard of this? I would assume its either doc or sofia or both, since the character meal there reflects the Disney Junior Live show.. but I don't know if thats anything solid or just a cast memeber throwing things out there. I haven't ever heard anything more other than the Disney Junior Live.

I did notice sofia in the christmas parade! But still no doc.. whats everyones ideas and thoughts?

If Doc and Sofia aren't there by the time we go in January, my kids will stage a revolt.

Doc and Sofia have been on for less than 6 months, Sofia for 2? maybe. It took close to a year, if not longer to get Jake out in the park. And I really hope, if they are changing H&V characters, they add one and not both. My DS, really loves seeing "the boys" as he calls them, at H&V. If they add both girls, then one boy will leave. I actually wrote an email suggesting they get rid of June and add another boy to H&V. Then it would be something geared more towards our little guys and not another something for girls.

They did make a change of the line up at H&V just a few months ago. Dropped what, JoJo and some Einsteins and added in Jake (I think).

They are slow to change things at DHS so I don't expect to see either Doc or Sophia soon (and I hope I am wrong)

- Doc has been on for much more than 6 months, doc mcstuffins will have its on year since airing next month in march. From what I've heard June and Manny are on the way out. Not saying that is anything solid just what I have read numerous times. And that would follow the H&V line up so I do seem to believe a bit of these rumors, although they could've been pulled out of no where and made up since they announced the new Disney Junior Live line up. Regardless from what I understand they will be eventually changing the H&V line up because it typically is to match the show but what I'm hearing now after researching today, that it will most likely only be Doc and Sofia will be found in other places in the park.... Over time. A reliable source said her appearance in the christmas parade is a clear indication she is comming, but no one can say when.

I understand there sure it alot of girly stuff and princesses in Disney. In my case that's what works because I have a DD but there's plenty of boy stuff just as well in all of the other parks including HS like, monsters inc, toy story, stitch, lion king, the villans, nemo... Everyone has their opinion but in mine, there is a equal balance for boys and girls, just as many princesses as regular characters that can appeal to both or even just the boys.

My DD would actually explode if Sofia is in the parks by the time we go in November! She may not have been about for long but she is a firm favourite of DD, I think Cinderella will have to watch out as I can see Sofia knocking her off the top spot!!

Just slightly off topic, has anyone seen or heard if there are Sofia dresses available in the parks yet? Or plans for them to be on the shelves this year? DD has every princess dress already and I was told that Disney don't do any festive variations for christmas time at the parks (major disappointment! ) so this would be a great option for her at the BBB if they were to become available! (sorry to hijack the thread a little!)

I'm hoping they boot Oso and June from H&V. Manny still has new episodes (one airs Thursday for Valentines). I just need Manny to stick around until after November. My 6 year old DD loves him. It was the highlight of our last trip.

I just posted this in another thread but I will repost here for you.

At a recent press event (last week) I believe the media was told by the Fall. "Soon" was also used but, I'd go with by the Fall.

She and Doc currently appear as puppets in the HS show. From what I understand there is no Doc M & G in the plans at this time, or if so no costume has been made yet, but I imagine it may change with her popularity.

My TA SIL said they have been having some design issues with Doc and Sofia. I guess the heads were too big and heavy and CMs were hurting their necks. I don't know if it is true or not but that was what she was told

I don't know if this helps or not. When we ate at H&V in January 2013, Oso, June, Manny and Jake were the characters. Can anyone confirm if this has changed or not?
