Do your kids watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse?

DS age 2 loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse! He watches it everyday. DD6 will look at it if it's on but she thinks it's for babies:rolleyes: .

What ages are they. We just got dish and now have more than 13 channels:cool1: My DS5 saw this this week and now is hooked. We have been using the DVR so he can watch in the afternoon after school (pre K). I was worried he was too old, but he really seems to like it. Are there other older kids watching? I have only seen a couple so if anyone has any thoughts on the show I would love to know those too.

My 9 year old watches it with her little brother once in a while. She seems to really get into it with him which shocked me a bit (since she's really into Zach and Cody too!) but hey.... I'm all for her staying as young as possible as long as possible!

Thanks for all the answers. Sometimes I fear I am keeping him to young, but then the next second I remember that I think most of the kids are growing up too fast and you are only little once. We don't yet watch any thing like superman, batman, spiderman, power rangers etc....Some of the kids in his PreK class are into that stuff and he asks about it once in a while but has not had any really undistractable interest. He loves MMCH and also Little Einsteins, he just stopped playing with Thomas the last couple months, come to think of it Bob the Builder too. Really into CARS and Hot Wheels right now too. THe one Older kid thing he does do is watch Star Wars with DH. In our home that is a it would be sacrileges not too.........

My DD(2) started watching this when it first came on in April of last year and just loves it! We also Tivo them as a backup plan for the temper tantrum!!

DD is 5 and DD is 6. DD 6 will sit and listen while drawing and my 5 year old likes to watch it. I know they are supposed to be revamping the show, but I just love that hot dog song. I hope that don't change that.

MY children only wwatch the Disney Channel. For a while they watched Cartoon Network, but those shows just are too advanced for them. There is nothign wrong with keepig them young and innocent. Kids do grow up too fast. My DD 6 has radio on the school bus. We don't listen to the radio at home. We listen to Princess, Kids Bop, Corbin Bleu, Vanessa Hudgens, Hannah Montana. I know that kids today know all the rap and hip hop songs, which i find despicable, but I am glad that my kids don't. Soon enough they will be learning things from other kids so right now I am doing what i can to keep them young.

Another staple in our house. I know it's not mouse-related, but we watch that a lot too. and I'm with the PP about not listening to the radio. We are listening to movie soundtracks, and our current favorite - The Laurie Berkner Band. Even went to see her in concert - very fun. :dance3:

My DS is 8 and watches Clubhouse Disney. I don't think you're ever too old for Mickey.

DD 13 months loves the opening song and the "hot dog" song at the end but she's really too little to pay attention to much in the middle. I think it's adorable!

DD almost 5 just got hooked, completely hooked, which since it's Mickey is fine with me, LOL!). It comes on just after her big brother gets on the bus, so it's nice she has something she loves right then (she misses him!).

As for Disney, we like Little Einsteins, MMClubhouse, and Handy Manny. When Doodlebops rears its ugly head, we are both running for the remote to change it. I am grateful my 3 year old doesn't like it. I also am not a fan of Higglytown.

We also LOVE Noggin. Sweet, quiet, great music, and I love that we can get the Nick Jr shows without the commercials.

My DD is 2 1/2 and is is obsessed with it! Just so you all know, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: Mickey's Great Clubhouse Hunt is coming out on dvd March 20! It's a movie, not just different episodes. I am going to buy it and surprise DD with it to watch on the airplane on our way to WDW! :cheer2:

Ooh, that's great!! I love that DD loves this show. There are some PD shows I just can't stand (Doodlebops drives me nuts, but unfortunately she likes it, ugh!), but I LOVE this one. I think one thing I really like is that they have finally put on a show for the little ones with the classic characters. Start 'em on their Disney obesssions young, I say! LOL!

My DS7 loves this show too! His Daddy told him it was a preschool show. My DS told him that if Mommy can act like she is 5 at WDW, then he is not too old to watch Mickey. I have such a smarty pants kid!

My DS will kill me if I share this...but what else is a mom to do? LOL He's 11 and on days off from school he gets a kick out of watching it. He says it's just so he can count how many "hidden" mickeys on the show. "You know mom, so I can spot them better when we get to WDW." :lmao:

Shhh! Don't tell him. :rotfl2:

She watches it on weekends (DH and I both work full time so she's in daycare during the week). She's three years old. She really likes it, although DH and I are really getting sick of seeing the same episodes over and over!

Mine are 4 and 6 and like watching it!

And thanks... now all day I'll be humming "Hot dog, hot dog, hot diggity dog!" :rotfl2:

Is this going to be like Mickey Saves Santa where we could just wait a few weeks and they'd put it on TV? I was really ticked off that we bothered to buy that one.

When it first came on I was bummed and thought it as lame, but my kids have loved it from day one. They are almost 1.5 and almost 3. My youngest stairs intently at the TV and mouths "Meeska Mooska Mickey Mouse!"
