Do your kids miss Trick or Treating?

Do your kids miss the whole act of trick or treating around the neighborhood if you are at WDW during Halloween? Planning on getting tickets for Mickey's Halloween Party and dressing up. We arrive on Oct. 26....should we go that night or on Oct. 28? Which will have less crowds? Any other suggestions?

Hi. When we went in October a few years ago, my daughter was afraid she would miss it but she and my niece had a great time. Actually, we all had a great time. We went on the 28th and it was fine. I had heard that the 31st was more crowded and probably the closer you get to the 31st the more crowded it will be but again, the 28th was fine for us. If I have my dates right my daughter was 9 and my niece was 12. Hope this helps!
