Do your dings actually "ding"?

Can you hear it ding? Mine doesn't. I just have to look to see if the little envelope is up. :confused3

Do you have your speakers turned up??? Mine dings exactly like the ding sound it makes when they tell you to fasten your seatbelts. It's cute!!!

Right click on the DING icon in the system tray and make sure Enable Audio Notification is checked.

Thanks! I always wondered why mine didn't Ding... so I now enabled it. Can't wait to hear it the first time!
