I am a SAHM and ends are getting harder and harder to meet. With rumors stating that gas will be $3.75 a gallon this spring (it's already at $3.09) it doesn't seem like it will be getting easier anytime sooner.
With that being said Kohl's has announced that they are going be opening a new store about 20 miles from me. Although most businesses close in this small town fairly early I'd assume that Kohl's would stay open later making it easier to work around DHs early work schedule and DS school schedule.
So I am considering applying for a part time job when they become available. Do you work at Kohl's? Love it, hate would you recommend your best friend to apply there? Are they flexible with scheduling? Employee benefits? Basically what info can you give me that you think I should know before applying or is it a bad idea to apply? Do they usually start above minimum wage? TIA

The discount is great. There are times when you get discount on top of discount on top of discount! I have 2 teenagers that go through clothes and shoes like water! I do only make minimum wage, but the job is fun and the discount is great.
