Do You Tip the Same Amount for Buffet Meal?

I never know how to tip for buffet service.
Is it the same for any other meal; 20% on the total amount of the bill?

I do. I feel that the servers have to do even more for a buffet - they have to keep clearing the used plates, and bring clean utensils.
