Unfortunately, probably not -- I'll believe it when they announce an indictment. Until then, it's just a suspect.

I'm hoping so badly that they do! The only news I had access to is The Howard Stern show, so I haven't been able to listen to CNN or anything. Maybe he wanted to give himself up. So I'll say yes, I think they have him, or them!

I guess I'm like everyone else...I really don't think they necessarily have the sniper in custody but maybe they have some people that know something, at least I hope.
