Do you think they'll ever re-imagine the Promenade Lounge on the Magic?

Since the Disney Wonder renovated their Promenade Lougne to the French Quarter I wonder if they'd do something similar next dry dock for the Magic. Maybe something to boost the themeing of Rapunzels like the FQ did with Tiana's? What do you guys think?

I’m okay with NOT renovating the Promenade Lounge to incorporate some of Disney’s intellectual property. The movement in this direction at WDW is almost overwhelming. Take a hotel that was designed to reflect a particular theme (like the Grand Floridian pays homage to early 20th century American resorts) and tack on Mary Poppins themes. Let’s not let the Art Deco and Art Nouveau designs on the classic ships get submerged with Disney IP.

They turn O'Gill's into the Snuggly Duckling on Tangled day. But, I am sure how that would work in the Promenade lounge, and French Quarter theme doesn't fit on the Magic.

I too would prefer that they not redo it, though I'm expecting they probably will. For me, it's because my son loved that play area that was adjacent to the lounge. It was so simple but it was great for letting your little one run around for a bit. I haven't been on the Wonder since they redid it but it looks like that play area is totally gone now (please correct me if I'm wrong).

I wouldn't be surprised if it does get some sort of theming. People like themes, it is now a bit bland. If it will be with a character or movie connection, maybe, but I am not putting my money on it.

I haven't seen it on the Wonder, but it is not that it is very Tiana heavy, is it? It is just inspired by her movie?
