Do you think Mickey's Philharmagic will be open?

Do you think Mickey's Philharmagic will have a soft opening while we are at WDW? We will be arrivng 9/28 and leaving 10/5.

The MM (annual pass holders newsletter) lists an annual pass holder Sneak Preview Sat. 20 and Sun 21st so my guess would be that it may be opened at other times between then an the official opening slated for October, but probably not all the time. Good Luck!

The last info I've heard is that soft openings might start on September 30. Not sure how accurate that is, but it sounds reasonable to me.

Perhaps it's wishful thinking on my part, but it doesn't sound all that reasonable to me.

It seems odd that they would have cast previews, then run the attraction full blast all day Saturday the 20th and all day Sunday the 21st, then close it down entirely for a week and a half until the 30th. Especially since it's basically a movie theater attraction that requires very few cast members to operate it. I'm guessing that it will operate at least part of the day during the week of September 22nd.

They had AP event for M:S on 8/1, 8/2 and 8/3. It doesn't open officially until the middle of August.

What is the "Official" opening date the Phillharmagic? All I keep hearing is October.
