Do you think it's possible?

We are just getting a 2 day hopper. One day is for Magical Kingdom. The other day we are thinking of going early to Animal Kingdom and just doing the safari, the nemo show(possibly) and Festival of the Lion King. Then going to DHS and doing Playhouse Disney, Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast (possibly) or Lights Motor Action for my DS4. I would be fine with just making at least one or 2 shows - maybe even splitting up and taking my dd2 to see Mermaid (her favorite) while DS and daddy go to the stunt show. Where could I find a schedule of the shows?

I think it is possible to do a split day between AK and DHS as long as you only have certain things you want to see/do. Your list is mostly shows which will make it a bit harder depending on show times.

MK is definitely a more than one day park so make sure you have a list of specific things you want to see/do there as well.

Here is a link to Steve Soares website. It is a great source of show times. He lists a week out but show times usually don't change very much through the year.

Good luck and Welcome!

for the link. If that schedule doesn't change it seems we can do those shows.

ANIMAL KINGDOM
FOTLK - 9:30
Safari Ride
Finding Nemo - 11:30
The Boneyard
Eat Lunch and walk around if anything else interests us (the kids)
Leave between 2:00-2:30

Studios
Beauty and the Beast - 3:45
Lights Motors Action - 4:30
Playhouse Disney - 5:20
VOTLM - between 6 & 7
Eat Dinner
Let them play at Honey I Shrunk the Kids
and then head back to resort.

The only 1 that I HAVE to do is the little mermaid for dd so if I can catch that earlier before Beauty and the Beast possibly do that instead.

when are you going? We just got back and did one day in MK , seriously rode almost all the rides with no wait
split one day between AK and DHS we did the safari and everest (twice) and the kids played in the dino playground , then went over to DHS and we did all the rides we wanted there.
Only problem was we got tired and although, being a first timer, I thought I could make it through the day without a break (with 2 kids and 2 grannies HA) we had to go back to the resort to take naps, pool dips. but we managed to do it (or what we wanted) all!!

You didn't say when you are going, but crowds can vary greatly which will affect your schedule. Another thing to keep in mind is the afternoon Florida thunderstorms that can occur depending on what time of year you are going. We go in August and can usually count on a thunderstorm every day. Many times outdoor shows/parades can be cancelled.

and driving down. We check in on Saturday and will be there till the following saturday.

Don't forget to factor in that you need to be early for the shows. Check with a CM for how-early based on the crowds.

We were unable to do Nemo and Indiana Jones (not on your list, but still...) on our last trip because the arenas filled up.

I think that it would be very tight to get all the shows done if there are any crowds.

We showed up about 40 minutes early to the Nemo show at AK and it was already full and people were lining up for the next one.

So depending on the crowd levels, I dont' think you will be able to see all of those shows unless your party splits up.

And since we've had kids, we have stopped park hopping. It's just too much running around and it takes up a lot of time. We pick a park and we stay there! My advice would be pick the two parks you want to do the most and enjoy those. The other will be waiting for the next trip!

Have fun!

Based on experience during fairly light crowds, you'll be lucky to make Beauty & the Beast and LMA based on the times you posted. If you're able to leave B&tB quickly and hustle, you might make it.

LMA closes the gates a few minutes before the show begins, so you do need to be there at least 15 to 20 minutes early--with light crowds.

You'll be going from almost one end of the park to the other with the two atrractions.

Good luck!

Edited to add:

I think I would try to B&tB a little earlier (what time is the next earliest show?), then LMA and fit Mermaid between dinner and playing at Honey I Shrunk the Kids. The Mermaid schedule usually extends into evening hours.
