Do you think a Fall/Winter room only discount will be released on Oct 2?

I've been seeing lots of posts where people have said they've been offered deluxe upgrades for $29 a night more. Wow! That would be a no brainer.

How have people been offered these deluxe upgrades? Is it in the form of a PIN or can I call and enquire about a discounted upgrade? I booked at POFQ for February but would love to upgrade to the Polynesian!

Pin. Usually to upgrade to a moderate. Then when you have them on the phone you can ask about pricing to go up to a deluxe.

Thanks npcougar. I guess I will have to keep an eye out for this PIN. I have received the same Room Only discount PIN for Oct-Dec, three times, but unfortunately it is not one I can use. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

No, I don't think we're going to see any fall discounts. You're going see one for January come out soon -- it was just released to Visa holders.
