We were in a cute little store that specializes in nostalgia--especially candy that you never see anymore.
DH and I started talking about some of the things we used to enjoy and can not find anymore.
A couple of my old favorites, I'd love a Big Boy hamburger--I also thought Coke in 16 ounce bottles
was especially good.
DH misses Campfire marshmellows, Mr Salty pretzels, Big Boy, 7-up candy bars, neopolitan ice cream bars sold at Woolworths 5 & 10
I miss Woolworths too, you could buy anything in there.

We used to buy our soda out of the machine at the gas station owned by a guy named George. The gas station was at the top of a hill. So, we kids renamed the road (9th Avenue) "George's Hill". I forgot the other night and called it that and my mom said, "Huh?"
