Ketchup? - Yes, after opening
Mustard? - Yes, after opening
Syrup? - No, but I use shelf-stable pancake syrup. I don't know if real maple syrup need to be refridgerated
Soy Sauce? Yes, after opening
Vinegar? No

And since someone mentioned peanutbutter, I do stick natural peanut butter in the fridge after opening. The jar (from Trader Joe's) says to do so. You don't have to stick the regular stuff - Skippy, Jiff, Peter Pan - in the firdge, just natural ones.

My grandmother doesn't put jelly/preserves in the fridge. I never eat any of that stuff when I am visiting her - the thought grosses me out.

Yes to all except Syrup and Vinegar. Although Syrup when we go out of town. :lmao:

Butter, yes, everything else, no. My family is condiment crazy. We don't like cold ketchup, but we go through it really fast. We're still alive!

Butter?Yes, but only because I use margarine now. When I used butter all the time, I always had a stick out because you can't spread hard butter-always needed some soft

Looking at this, I am not sure why I keep the mustard in the fridge either.
I hate cold condiments, and if it doesn't have to be refrigerated, it's not in my house.

Other than butter, I refrigerate everything else after it's been opened.

Some Peanut butters need to be refrigerated after opening, or they go rancid.
