No... DD doesn't either... she is giving up a chance to go to a birthday party because the invitation said clowns would be there

Clowns are creepy. The first time I ever saw a clown was when I was 2. It was at an ice cream shop and they had clowns there making balloon animals for children. I screamed my head off when one came right up to me and got in my face. But then again I didn't like Disney characters when I was little either.

I know that y'all won't believe me, BUT I was leaving the store this afternoon and THERE WAS A CLOWN on a BIKE - one of those deals with the big wheel in front and the little wheel in back. ACK ACK ACK Y'all have jinxed me!!!!

When DS was about 7 we were at The Teddy Bear Factory in Burlington, Vt. A clown came up to him, got 2 inches from his face and said "hi, I'm a clown" No wonder people are scared of them! Like DS didn't know it was a clown with those shoes on?

I have a friend that went to Clown College in Texas. I don't think anyone would be scared of her. I've never seen her in her clown gear, but she's too cute for anyone to be scared of her.:)

I like Krusty the Clown, but most clowns give me the creeps.

But, back a few years, we had a group of clowns come and take over the worship service one Sunday. They spoke nary a word but created the tone with musical selections. It was really nice to find out that we all can communicate even without words. This group of clowns regularly go to churches.
