Do you like Shrimps/Prawns?

We call them prawns here but if I remember correctly you call them shrimps!

Anyway do you like them? If you do, how do you like them served the best?

Mmmmmm! I love shrimp. My fave. would probably be Shrimp Scampi.

I like shrimp anyway, can't pick one favorite, I love it done anyway as long as it is cooked.

I love them but then I love all fish and seafood. They're great steamed in beer and them layed out on a newpapers covered picnic table for everyone to dig in. i also love them cold with spicy cocktail sauce.

I love shrimp!

Fried shrimp, shrimp stuffed with crab imperial, shrimp coctail, spiced shrimp, shrimp scampi, coconut shrimp, cajun shrimp, you name it, I love it!

We call them prawns too & the best way to eat them is fresh from the trawler

I'm lucky there as we live about 6 mins from the Fisheries co-op, so we just hop on down there & get our prawns fresh from the trawler. YUMMO

Love them everyway you could think to cook them, Boiled, broiled, fried, shrimp scampi, coconut shrimp, jambalaya, does the Movie Forrest Gump mean anything to you?

I like them just about any way, but my favorite is coconut shrimp (and I don't even like coconut).

I love them every way!! I especially love 'Ohana's skewered jumbo prawns - YUM!

just bought 20 lbs of Maine shrimp right off the boat......and they are sooooooooo good.....last night I sauteed a lb in garlic and olive oil and put in a little bit of water with ground pepper too......and then a little bit of alfredo sauce......and poured it over liguini.......it was delicious....and the shrimp all by themselves are delicious......oh yummy....I will probably get another twenty pounds before the shrimp season is over with........then I will have them all summer too

I voted "Dislike" but I don't hate them. I like coconut shrimp and the kind at Benihana okay....it's not so much the taste as the texture..I don't like my food to be squeeky.

I love them. We went out for lunch today, and I got coconut shrimp. My favorite way to have them is boiled in water seasoned with Old Bay seasoning along with potatoes, corn, and sausage.

I like 'em fried the best, but they're good almost any way. Red Lobster serves shrimp with bloody marys

I LOVE shrimp! Coconut shrimp is probably my favorite way - or maybe as someone else suggested, Benihana's shrimp, especially with that yummy shrimp sauce!! (Benihana is a huge Japanese teppanyaki restaurant chain, for those who aren't familiar with it)

But I'm not picky - I'll take shrimp in just about any style.

I've seen larger shrimp referred to as prawns here, esp in a nicer restaurant - I guess because "jumbo shrimp" sounds silly.
