That would have been the polite thing to do. And I hate the word "entitlement," but people shouldn't expect such gestures. It would be up to the person in front of you to offer to let you go ahead.

But like I said...I didn't say anything to her! Didn't say anything about her. Nothing until I got to my van and said something to my son wondering why she didn't didn't let us go considering the whole picture. But then again, you know this.

A wise diser taught me this one. You should have looked her in the eye and said "Just because you hear voices in your head doesn't mean anyone is really talking to you"!
