I stopped by the closest convenience store a few minutes ago. I noticed the truck I parked next to had no one around it, but the keys were in the ignition. It was a company work truck, had lots of things in the back that might be worth something if someone knew what the heck they were (construction stuff, maybe
). The windows were down, also. There have been times where I have locked my keys in the vehicle I'm driving, but as far as I know, I've never deliberately left the keys in there. Besides pure laziness, why would someone leave the keys in the ignition.
Isn't that inviting trouble?
